Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – In-Person & Telehealth/Hybrid (Brick, NJ)

Lotus Mental Health & Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate PMHNP to join our team, primarily providing in-person care at our Brick, NJ office.

Qualifications

• NJ licensed RN/APN with PMHNP certification
• Active NJ CDS and DEA required
• 1+ year experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Positive, reliable, and professional work ethic

Preferred:

*Experience working with, families and or children/adolescents a plus.

Position Details

• W-2 hourly or 1099
• Part-time to start (15 hours/week), with growth to full-time (30+ hours)
• Minimum of 2 full days and 2 evenings required
• Optional weekends/holidays

Compensation:

• Initial evaluations: $100 per patient (40–60 minutes)
• Follow-ups: $45 per patient (2–3 per hour)

Work Setting

• Outpatient private practice (primarily in-person)
• Adult population (option to see children/adolescents if comfortable)
• Telehealth available after onboarding

Location: Brick, NJ (Ocean County) – must reside within 30 minutes

Pay: $100.00 per hour
