Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant to join our Killeen office full-time. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred not required) and experienced or highly interested in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato (esketamine) treatments, and capable of balancing direct patient care with procedural responsibilities.
This role includes carrying a manageable caseload for medication management and therapy collaboration, while also assisting in TMS mapping, treatments, and Spravato administration. We provide clinical supervision and support for eligible candidates seeking growth in neuropsychiatric treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate with therapists and behavioral health teams to develop holistic treatment plans.
- Participate in TMS treatment planning, motor threshold mapping, and treatment oversight.
- Administer and monitor Spravato treatments in-office.
- Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Work collaboratively with clinical leadership and support staff to maintain a safe, effective, and compassionate care environment.
- Provide care to a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking individuals (bilingual preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant in Texas.
- At least 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience is preferred.
- Experience with or strong interest in TMS and Spravato treatments.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering innovative, patient-centered care.
