Top Tier Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing insurance-based outpatient psychiatry practice. This position is 95% remote and offers a flexible telepsychiatry work model while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking clinicians who have at least 1 year of independent PMHNP experience and are comfortable providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management in an outpatient setting.

Start dates are typically 3–4 months after hire to allow time for insurance credentialing.

Position Overview

• Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
• Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 annually (based on hours worked)
• Work Model: 95% Remote (Telepsychiatry)
• EMR: Practice Fusion
• Supervision: Provided if required by state regulations

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Active Arizona PMHNP License
• Must reside in Arizona
• Minimum 1 year independent PMHNP clinical experience
• Active DEA License
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth outpatient environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide ongoing medication management
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical team members
• Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
