Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Telehealth – Maryland | W-2 | Part-Time → Full-Time | Flexible Schedule $55,000 – $195,000

Access Mental Health, L.L.C. is a growing telepsychiatry practice based in Silver Spring, Maryland, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients across Maryland. Depending on future federal telehealth regulations, limited in-office visits at our Silver Spring location may be required.

We are seeking a PMHNP who values autonomy, thoughtful clinical work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Compensation Model We use a 65/35 revenue split (clinician/practice) delivered through a combination of base salary, benefits (health premium stipend, paid leave, 401k match), and productivity bonuses. Compensation begins as a percentage-based split during part-time ramp-up, transitioning to a base salary of $130,000 plus quarterly production bonuses at full-time status. Total compensation is structured at approximately 65% of collections.

What We Value We prioritize patient-centered, relationship-focused psychiatry, not high-volume turnover. Clinicians typically see:

• 60-minute intakes
• 25–30 minute follow-ups
• A manageable schedule with zero pressure to double-book or rush visits

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Evidence-based treatment for anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and related conditions
• Collaboration with internal staff and external therapists/clinicians
• Documentation within our EHR

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC licensure
• Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of independent clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and pharmacologic skills
• Comfortable with telehealth
• Values a supportive, patient-focused approach
