• Port St. Lucie, FL — 1 position
• Lakeland, FL - 1 position
• Jacksonville, FL — 1 position

Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated PMHNP Residents to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for new or recent PMHNP graduates who are looking to build a strong clinical foundation in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. As a PMHNP Resident at LTAW, you will work under the supervision and guidance of experienced psychiatric providers, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse patient population and a wide range of psychiatric conditions and treatment modalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews under supervision
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with attending provider oversight
• Provide telehealth and in-person care across assigned LTAW locations
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and facility staff in SNF, ALF, and hospital settings
• Support referrals and coordination for TMS therapy and Spravato treatments
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in AdvancedMD (EMR)
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical education

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization
• Current or pending PMHNP board certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Active Florida APRN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
