Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognised institution
• Valid nursing registration
• Experience in a Psychiatric/Behavioral Health/Mental Health ward is mandatory
• Willingness to undergo German language training
• Strong communication skills and patient-centric approach
