Faraday Health is a growing interventional psychiatry practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. Our model integrates medication management with advanced treatments such as TMS and Spravato in a collaborative, team-based environment.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is motivated to provide excellent clinical care while working within an innovative and supportive practice.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on outpatient psychiatric medication management, with the opportunity to participate in interventional treatment programs. Providers work closely with clinical staff to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to grow within a modern psychiatry practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and care coordinators
• Participate in interventional psychiatry services (TMS, Spravato)
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and care plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP-BC license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (training provided if needed)
