Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP / FNP) — Telehealth | 1099 Contract | Remote

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits entirely via telehealth, supported by an efficient EHR and responsive administrative staff. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations including mental health history, symptom assessment, and risk stratification.
• Diagnose and manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, adjusting regimens based on patient response and clinical guidelines.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating psychopharmacology and appropriate therapy referrals.
• Deliver all services via telehealth and document encounters accurately in the EHR in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with the administrative team and referring providers to ensure coordinated, patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC or FNP-C certification with independent practice authority in Virginia and/or Massachusetts.
• Minimum one year of experience in outpatient psychiatry, primary care with a psychiatric focus, or telepsychiatry.
• Proficiency diagnosing and managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, telehealth-only environment with strong EHR and documentation skills.
• Availability Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST (required).
• Competitive 1099 contract with transparent compensation; work from anywhere in the United States.
• Candidates must be US citizens.
