olistic Wellness & Psychiatry is a growing, physician-led outpatient psychiatry practice seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who values high-quality patient care, clinical autonomy within clear systems, and long-term stability in a collaborative, supportive environment.
About the Role
- Outpatient psychiatry (adults; adolescents optional based on interest)
- Primarily in-person role with structured scheduling
- Medication management + collaboration with therapists
- Opportunity to be involved in ketamine/Spravato treatment (training provided; prior experience welcome but not required)
- No inpatient, no call, no nights

Clinical Areas of Focus
- Mood disorders (MDD, bipolar depression)

- ADHD and executive function concerns
- Optional exposure to:
- Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression
- IV/IM ketamine protocols (for qualified patients)
- Integrated care with psychotherapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP)
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for (or currently holding) Iowa medical licensure
- Comfortable working in a structured outpatient environment
- Interest in collaborative, team-based care
- Ketamine/Spravato experience not required (training provided)
