Job Title: Contracted Psychiatrist – Primary Care Consults

Location: Congenial Healthcare LLC, 1 Roosevelt Ave, Ste 201, Peabody, MA 01960

Position Type: Contract, 2-4 hours per week October 1st, 2025 - March 31st 2026

Overview:
Congenial Healthcare LLC is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist for a contracted position to support our integrated primary care team. The psychiatrist will provide consultative services to our primary care providers (PCPs) and collaborate closely with our in-house therapist. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist interested in collaborative care and flexible, part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Weekly Interdisciplinary Meeting:
Attend and participate in a weekly team meeting with PCPs and staff every Thursday morning from 8:00–9:30 AM to discuss shared patients, review cases, and provide psychiatric input.

· Medication Consultations:
Be available for scheduled and as-needed medication consults with PCPs regarding diagnosis, management, and treatment recommendations for patients with behavioral health needs.

· Therapist Collaboration:
Meet weekly for 1 hour with our in-house therapist to review cases, coordinate care, and provide clinical guidance.

· Consult Notes:
Provide timely and concise documentation of consults and recommendations in the electronic health record, if patient is seen for an appointment.

Qualifications:

· MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry

· Active Massachusetts medical license

· Experience in collaborative/integrated care settings preferred

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
