Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outpatient psychiatry, integrative medicine, and continuity of care. This position offers a balanced mix of in-person and telehealth visits with flexible scheduling and strong administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits for adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with primary care providers and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychopharmacology
• Document and manage patient encounters within our EMR (Tebra) system
• Participate in team case discussions and quality-improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Idaho (or eligible) license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC)
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of psychiatric practice experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and patient-centered approach
