The Program Director will work collaboratively with the leadership team, faculty, and staff to cultivate strategic direction and manage administrative functions, daily operations and fiscal oversight of the Research Program(s). This position oversees and supports all research facilities, research administration and grants management activities, financial operations, staff development activities, education and training, facilities planning and overall administrative management of the group.

Physical Nature of the Job:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
Pay Range:
$100,006.00 USD – $159,994.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
