Job Description

We are a leading online mental health clinic based in UK , committed to providing high-quality, accessible care to individuals in need. We are seeking experienced Psychological Practitioners to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide virtual consultations and therapy sessions to patients, helping them overcome mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct video online consultations and therapy sessions with clients.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of psychological issues.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and ongoing support.
  • Manage your own flexible schedule and session availability.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselings, or a related field.
  • Valid registration/certification with a relevant board or council.
  • At least 3 year of clinical experience (online therapy experience is a plus).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace.

What to Include in the Video

1. Introduction

Your Name, City, and Current Role.

Your Academic Qualifications and Degrees in Psychology.

Any Academic Achievements, Awards, or Recognitions.

2. Work Experience

How long you’ve been practicing and in what settings (clinics, hospitals, private practice, online therapy, etc.).

The types of disorders you commonly treat (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, personality disorders, child/adolescent therapy, etc.).

Your Therapeutic Approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, REBT, Mindfulness, Humanistic, Integrative, etc.).

3. Therapy Session Flow (Example: 50–60 Minutes)

Explain how a standard session looks:

First 10 minutes: Understanding client’s mood and collecting background data.

Next 10 minutes: Building rapport and setting comfort.

Remaining time: Working on goals, assigning homework, summarizing progress.

Also describe how you manage multiple sessions — tracking progress, setting goals, and revising plans.
