Hiring ‘CSR’ for a GDS distribution company. Candidates with prior experience of travel agencies using ticketing software and willing to work in shifts are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 years of experience is required for the position.
· Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
· Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
· Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
· Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
· Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
· Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
· Maintain Daily Call Log.
· Update the capping as per the GDS share.
