Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives by actively engaging with and supporting customer accounts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification through to negotiation and closing deals.
- Demonstrate strong punctuality and effective time management to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong market position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales within the OC (Offshore Customer) / RSP industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum academic qualification: A-Levels or equivalent.
- Industry experience in RSP (UK) is highly desirable.
