Psychologist

We’re looking for a compassionate Psychologist to join our Health & Wellness team at One Health Assist. In this role, you’ll provide counseling, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare experts to support holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients across various age groups.
• Assess mental health concerns through interviews, observations, and standardized tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals (doctors, dietitians, wellness coaches, etc.) to ensure holistic care.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and awareness sessions on mental health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and client records in compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest psychological research, therapies, and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology. (RCI Registration for Clinical Psychologists.)
• 5-6 years of experience in counseling, therapy, or clinical practice.
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in local languages along with English (preferred)
