Job Description:

Job Purpose

Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and consultative services to support the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students. Promote a safe and inclusive school environment by identifying barriers to learning and helping develop strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential.

Main Duties

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional development.
• Identify students' learning needs and recommend appropriate educational interventions and accommodations.
• Provide individual and group therapy for students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and post-crisis support for students and staff.
• Deliver workshops on topics such as mental health, learning differences, stress management, and resilience.
