Psychologist

A well-established and reputable center specializing in services for individuals with disabilities in the State of Qatar is urgently seeking to appoint a qualified and licensed Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary clinical team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the assessment, planning, and implementation of evidence-based behavioral and psychological interventions. This position focuses on supporting the developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments.

· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

· Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, educators, and families.

· Provide ongoing evaluation of progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

· Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in psychological service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution.

· Valid professional license/certification to practice Psychology.

· Demonstrated experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

· Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral and psychological interventions.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
