Job Summary
The Psychologist has two main responsibilities:
conducting diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21, evaluating results, and delivering treatment recommendations to families.
providing clinically excellent supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians, and doctoral externs.
Essential Functions
Clinical Responsibilities:
Selects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments (e.g. ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnosis.
Develop and deliver appropriate, individualized treatment recommendations to families.
Provide high quality and efficient clinical services and reports.
Participate in continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.
Program Development:
Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians (psychology associates), and doctoral externs in clinical psychology:
Plan and execute weekly individual supervision sessions for pre-licensed clinicians, including training, direct and indirect observation (including live observations, video-based observations, and review of permanent products), and progress monitoring.
Plan and executive weekly group supervision sessions, to include case presentations, delivering didactic presentations, and facilitating group interactions between pre-licensed clinicians at various professional levels.
Review and provide feedback on test administration, scoring, and report writing.
Share observations with Program Lead for purposes of monitoring performance of pre-licensed clinicians and develop plans to provide additional support as needed.
Maintain supervision forms in an organized, shared location as directed by Clinical Leadership and in accordance with state mandates and ethical guidelines.
Stay up to date on current and relevant ethical codes, guidelines, and requirements.
Collaboration
Additional opportunities are available based on a candidate’s interest and experience. This could include providing offering post-diagnosis processing groups, research projects, community outreach, and parent coaching.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Doctorate in clinical psychology
State license or eligibility
3 years clinical experience required, which may include internships, externships, or fellowships
Experience with diverse population preferred
Certification in good standing and appropriate State licensure.
Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement best practices related to training.
Proficient knowledge of computer systems including Excel and Word.
Knowledge of industry regulations.
Experience administering Autism specific assessment screeners and diagnostic tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIDGAS-2, CARS-2, Vineland, SRS, etc.) is preferred.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
Requires regular in-office schedule.
Physical activities include standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Salary: $120,000
