Job Description: School Psychologist – EPG, Kuwait

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at EPG. The successful candidate will provide psychological support services to students throughout the whole school, working closely with teachers, parents, and administration to promote student well-being and enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop individualized support plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide counseling and intervention services.
- Collaborate with educators and families to address behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Support staff training on mental health awareness and strategies.
- Contribute to creating a positive school climate that supports student development.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 5 years of experience as a school psychologist or in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with the United Kingdom curriculum is essential.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
