Responsibilities - What you’ll do

What you’ll do:

The Sex Offender Rehabilitation and Treatment Services (SORTS) Program is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our program. SORTS utilizes evidence-based treatments to work with our challenging population of clients who have been civilly committed. SORTS primarily utilizes CBT with our clients, but uses elements of DBT and other treatment modalities as well. We are looking for someone is strong clinical skills and wants to use a variety of clinical interventions. You will be responsible for providing case management, group therapy, and individuals with clients with a variety of diagnoses who have a history of sexual offenses. You also will be part of multiple multidisciplinary treatment teams within the program, which includes social workers, other psychologist, psychiatrist, rehabilitation services providers, nurses, and direct care staff. You will also work closely with clients as they work towards achieving a conditional release. Strong documentation skills are need. Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology
• License eligible or licensed as a Psychologist in Missouri

Preferred Qualifications

• Training and/or experience with forensic clients within an inpatient setting
• Training and/or experience treating sex offenders
