We're Hiring: Psychologist (with Digital Content Focus)
Location: Multan, Pakistan | Full-Time | Day Shift

3rdEye Software Multan is seeking a Psychologist who’s passionate about mental health and interested in contributing beyond the therapy room.

This unique role blends clinical expertise with digital innovation — you’ll support users through assessments while also helping shape mental wellness content and campaigns for our digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological assessments.
• Collaborate on engaging, research-based mental health content for apps, blogs, and social media
• Contribute expert insights to our digital marketing and awareness campaigns
• Support the content team in developing accurate, relatable, and empathetic wellness materials
• Stay current with the latest psychological research and trends

Requirements:

• Master's or MPhil in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field
• 1+ year of experience in therapy or clinical assessment (Fresh graduates with strong backgrounds welcome)
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Solid understanding of therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, etc.)

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in writing or editing psychology-related content
• Familiarity with digital marketing or wellness platforms
• Creative flair for translating psychological concepts into easy-to-understand content
