Psychology Faculty (26-'27)

Job Title: Psychology Teacher for Higher Secondary Classes

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Psychology teacher to join our faculty and inspire students to understand human behavior and mental processes. The ideal candidate will teach Psychology to higher secondary students, create engaging lesson plans, and foster interactive classes.

Responsibilities:

- Teach Psychology concepts, theories, and perspectives to students

- Prepare and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans

- Conduct demo classes to showcase teaching style and subject expertise

- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support academic growth

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field (M.A./M.Sc.)

- 2+ years of teaching experience in Psychology (higher secondary level preferred)

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills

- Ability to create interactive, student-centered classes that promote critical thinking

Demo Class:

Prepare a 15-20 minute class on a Psychology topic of your choice (e.g., cognitive biases, human development, abnormal psychology, or social psychology). Showcase your teaching style, engagement strategies, and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
