Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (XI–XII) as per CBSE curriculum.

• Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based, and student-centric lessons.

• Promote critical thinking, self-awareness, and analytical skills among students.

• Prepare students for board examinations through structured academic planning.

• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress regularly.

• Provide academic guidance and basic counseling support where required.

• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school authorities.

• Participate in academic planning, assessments, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:

• Post Graduate in Psychology with B.Ed (Mandatory).

• CTET/TET qualification preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PGT Psychology teacher in a reputed CBSE/English-medium school.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.

• Strong subject knowledge with clarity of psychological concepts.

• Ability to handle adolescent learners with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Familiarity with CBSE examination patterns and assessment methods.

• Proficiency in basic IT skills and smart classroom tools.

• Professional attitude, integrity, empathy, and dedication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
