Psychology Intern

Enoved Co. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Intern to join our team. This practicum-based internship provides master’s-level students and recent graduates with valuable, hands-on clinical experience under the supervision of licensed professionals. Interns will have the opportunity to earn practicum hours while working with a diverse range of clients and services.

Interns will receive a $25 stipend per completed therapeutic hour.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in diverse therapeutic approaches, including art therapy, psychopharmacology, and counseling related to gender and identity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations under clinical supervision
  • Participate in therapy sessions by supporting clients and observing evidence-based interventions
  • Provide therapeutic services within the approved scope of practice to fulfill practicum requirements
  • Support Community Integration and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services, including providing in-office support to staff and clients
  • Participate in individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Contribute to research and program development initiatives related to behavioral health services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a supportive and effective therapeutic environment
  • Attend required supervision sessions, trainings, workshops, and team meetings to support professional growth

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master’s-level program in psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Interest or exposure to art therapy techniques preferred, but not required
  • Basic understanding of psychopharmacology is a plus
  • Knowledge of gender-related counseling and sensitivity to diverse populations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Commitment to ethical standards, professionalism, and client confidentiality
