We are a Physical Therapy practice, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Tech/Aide, to provide rehab assistance to our highly skilled team of Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapy Aide will perform direct and indirect patient care as assigned by a licensed Physical Therapist. We currently have part time opportunities available in Prince Frederick, MD.

What you'll be doing -

• Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises
• Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT
• Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment
• Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis
• Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards
• Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort
• Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff

What you'll need -

• High School or higher level of education
• Be available to work Monday - Friday, some shifts 7 AM - 1 PM and some shifts 1 PM - 7 PM. (20 - 28 Hours per week)
• CPR certified preferred
• Need to own a personal vehicle for commute to and from the clinic location.
• English/Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Some PT Tech/Aide experience a plus. Training will be provided. Just bring enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn.
