Job Overview

The PT Coordinator plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Personal Training department. This position ensures smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and management while supporting client satisfaction, department organization, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Scheduling

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all personal training clients.
  • Schedule assessments, consultations, and PT sessions.
  • Match clients with trainers based on fitness goals and availability.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure progress and satisfaction.

Personal Trainer Coordination

  • Maintain and update trainers’ schedules and availability.
  • Communicate session changes, cancellations, and updates to trainers.
  • Track trainer performance, session counts, and department targets.
  • Support trainers with administrative tasks and requests.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Manage PT packages, billing, renewals, and documentation.
  • Track client attendance, session usage, and expiration dates.
  • Ensure accurate and organized records for all PT activities.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Provide information on PT programs, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist in selling packages and upgrades.
  • Follow up on new leads and potential PT clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

Fitness Department Support

  • Assist with workshops, events, and special fitness programs.
  • Ensure the PT area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Support onboarding of new trainers with processes and system guidance.

Skills & Preferred Experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a gym, fitness studio, or customer service role.
  • Background in administrative coordination or sales.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, or fitness club management tools.
  • Basic understanding of fitness terminology and training concepts.
  • Ability to manage schedules, client records, and PT package documentation.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with trainers and management.
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
