The Role: As a Pet Sitter/Dog Walker, you'll provide loving care for pets in their homes while their owners are away. This includes:

• Feeding and administering medication
• Providing companionship and enrichment activities
• Dog walking and exercise
• Maintaining clean living spaces
• Offering peace of mind to pet parents

Requirements:

• Genuine love for animals
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Physical ability to walk dogs and perform care tasks
• Smartphone with ample data plan
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfort working independently
• Availability for holiday shifts (with extra compensation)

Pay Structure (average pay with hourly pay + gratuity):

• First 90 working days: $15.38/hour average
• After 90 days: $17.84/hour average
• Long-term team members: $17.64 - $22.00/hour average
• Plus mileage reimbursement at the federal rate (can add $3-4 on average to hourly pay).
