Responsibilities

• Deliver room service orders swiftly and accurately to guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Assist with food running duties by transporting dishes from the kitchen to dining areas or guest rooms efficiently.
• Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up trays, organizing supplies, and assisting kitchen staff.
• Operate POS systems.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation is advantageous.
• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of bussing, food running, or banquet service roles will support your success in this position.
