PT long term nanny needed

Baltimore City family needs PT morning nanny, long term

start date is flexible, but around 8/21/26 is ideal

schedule: Mon and Wed 8:30 am - 1 pm

1 child, 13 months old - prior toddler experience is required

ideal candidate is loving, trustworthy, & has patience + good judgement

mom WFH a few days/ week in a dedicated office, but both mom and dad trust that nanny can manage the child's day without needing to intervene (nanny will be given autonomy). family strives to create an environment where nanny can create and find her own rhythm/ routine. they will be available if needed, but otherwise do not interfere in daily caregiving

family is a screen free household and encourages outings with the child

family requires candidate to have received covid vaccine, agency requires candidate to have active CPR certification (and proof of course completion) and 3 years recent experience in childcare with toddler age group

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
