PT Processor - EVPL Central
Hours: Part-time 20 hours
Starting Pay: $15.45/hour
Part-time benefits include: paid holidays, sick leave, and access to on-site wellness clinic
Must be available to work all public service hours
POSITION SUMMARY
The Processor is responsible for preparing library materials for distribution and circulation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In cooperation with the Assistant Collections Manager, the Director of Collections, and other Collections Team colleagues, the Processor will advance the library’s mission, vision, strategic priorities, and brand.

This position requires the occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force. Work regularly requires speaking or hearing and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. Work frequently requires sitting and repetitive motions. Work occasionally requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling, and lifting.
This position has standard vision requirements. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and to receive detailed information through oral communication and/or to make fine distinctions in sound.
Work requires preparing or analyzing written or computer data, operating motor vehicles or equipment, and observing general surroundings and activities. Work occasionally requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Work is generally in a quiet location (e.g. library, private offices).
