Part Time Scheduler/Work Order Coordinator - Maintenance and Repairs Department

Danbury-based property management firm has a part-time position (approximately 22.5 hours per week M-F 12:00pm - 4:30PM) available in their Maintenance & Repair Department.

The skills needed for this position include - computer experience, able to use Excel, detail oriented, organized, ability to work independently and good email/telephonic customer service communications.

Duties would include, but would not be limited to, communicating with contractors and homeowners- making appointments and following up on work, producing reports and work orders, reviewing insurance reports.

The compensation range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on the candidate’s education, experience, and general skill set.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
