About Aptitude Migration
Aptitude Migration is a leading migration and education consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their international education and migration goals. We are seeking a passionate and experienced PTE/IELTS instructor to join our team and assist students in achieving their target scores through effective teaching and guidance.
Position Summary
The PTE / IELTS instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, assessing students' language proficiency, and helping them improve their English language skills. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English fluency, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to understand and address students' learning needs and queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PTE and IELTS preparation classes for students.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking modules.
- Assess students' language proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to help students achieve their desired scores.
- Address student queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Conduct mock tests, evaluations, and practice sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest PTE and IELTS examination formats and requirements.
- Create and maintain training materials, worksheets, and study resources.
- Motivate and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Ensure a positive and interactive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with management and counselors regarding student progress and course requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand student needs and address their academic queries effectively.
- Experience teaching PTE and/or IELTS preparation courses.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and engagingly.
- Highly organized, patient, and student-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- IELTS, PTE, TESOL, CELTA, or relevant English language teaching certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a language training institute, education consultancy, or academic environment.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
