Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PTG Sr. Developer with 13 to 16 years of experience specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing marketing solutions. This role requires expertise in SFMC to drive impactful marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
  • Optimize marketing processes by leveraging SFMC tools and features to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC to ensure uninterrupted marketing operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFMC features and industry trends to continuously enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Document and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for SFMC usage and campaign execution.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of SFMC tools.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve marketing automation and personalization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SFMC solutions.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Have a strong background in marketing automation and campaign management with a focus on driving customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Show proficiency in integrating SFMC with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and SFMC updates to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
