We Are Hiring – PTW Coordinator (Oil & Gas Sector)

Location: Doha, Qatar (Candidates must be locally available with valid QID and transferable visa/NOC)
Contract Type: Full-Time (Contract)

Role Overview

We are hiring a PTW Coordinator to manage and oversee Permit‑to‑Work systems for Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The role requires strong PTW experience, safety compliance knowledge, and coordination with site operations and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system.
• Review, validate, and control permits for critical activities (Hot Work, CSE, LOTO, etc.).
• Conduct PTW audits and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with client and Qatar safety regulations.
• Support risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Maintain PTW registers and documentation.
• Coordinate with construction, operations, and SHES teams.
• Provide PTW training and awareness sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Safety.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (mandatory).
• 8–10 years PTW experience in Oil & Gas (Qatar/GCC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PTW processes and safety standards.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
