PTW / LOTO Coordinator

We are currently looking for experienced PTW Coordinators and LOTO Coordinators to support high-profile projects in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

PTW Coordinator - Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including isolation procedures, risk assessments, and control of work processes
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, industry standards, and safety policies
• Experience in site operations within high-risk environments (offshore, refineries, construction, commissioning)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely approvals & registry
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with commissioning, construction, contractors, and safety teams
• Proficiency in PTW systems and digital tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and job plans
• Ability to coordinate and control work activities in compliance with permit conditions
• Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and escalate safety concerns appropriately
• Experience in training and guiding personnel on PTW procedures
• Physically able to conduct site inspections and verify worksite readiness

LOTO Coordinator - Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of PTW systems, isolation procedures, risk assessments, control of work processes, and LOTO key management
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, industry standards, and safety policies
• Experience in site operations within high-risk environments (offshore, commissioning, construction)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure effective coordination
• Strong communication skills to liaise with commissioning, construction, contractors, and safety teams
• Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and job plans
• Ability to coordinate and control work activities in compliance with permit & isolation conditions
• Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and escalate safety concerns appropriately
• Experience in training and guiding personnel on LOTO procedures and key management
• Physically able to conduct site inspections and verify worksite readiness
