Position Summary

Atlas is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Public Adjusters. This role is perfect for someone who wants to break into the insurance industry, learn the construction components of claims, and build a meaningful, high-earning career while helping policyholders get what they truly deserve.

As an apprentice, you’ll receive comprehensive training throughout the process — learning directly on claims, in the field, and through hands-on mentorship. You’ll participate in everything from damage documentation to policy analysis and property measurement.

Job Description

- Generate new business opportunities through methods of your choosing (door-knocking, cold calling, digital ads, B2B outreach, networking, etc.)
- Learn how to accurately document property damage — including photo/video documentation, and loss summaries
- Learn how to interpret an insurance policy and coverage analysis
- Measure properties and contribute to high-accuracy estimates and claim packages
- Attend site inspections and collaborate with senior adjusters on strategic claim development
- Participate in the end-to-end claims process, from initial contact through settlement support

Compensation & Structure

Commission-Based Compensation

• Apprentice earnings typically range from $600–$1,800 per week based on historical performance and claim activity
• Fully licensed adjusters in our team often earn $2,700–$8,300+ per week based on claims results and throughput
