Public Area Attendant

Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas within our establishment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Duties:

- Clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and buffing
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilized and stored

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
