About the Role:

We are immediately hiring a qualified and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in business setup services, with in-depth knowledge of mainland and freezone company formation

Key Responsibilities:

>Handle all PRO-related tasks including government documentation, approvals, renewals and visa processes

>Provide expert guidance on mainland and freezone company formation

>Support clients with all business setup requirements and legal compliance

>Ensure smooth processing of all government-related procedures

>Build strong relationships with clients, offering professional sales and customer service support

>Proactively resolve issues and provide solutions to clients and management

Requirements:

>Proven experience as a PRO in a business setup company in the UAE

>Excellent knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and documentation processes

>Strong sales and customer service background

>Proactive, reliable and well-organized personality

>Fluency in English
