Company Profile:
HOME FOR LIFE CIRCLE PROPERTIES L.L.C is a well-established real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in property development, management, and real estate services. The company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government relations and official documentation in full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate all PRO-related activities with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, and other relevant UAE government authorities.
• Process employment visas, work permits, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and related government documentation for company staff.
• Manage company trade licenses, renewals, registrations, and other compliance requirements related to real estate operations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal and governmental documentation in accordance with UAE labor laws and real estate regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with HR and management to ensure smooth execution of all government-related procedures and timely updates on regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 years’ proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE labor laws, and government portals.
• Hands-on experience in visa processing, legal documentation, and company licensing.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Must have his personal car.
• We are looking for Arab's only.
