We are seeking a Welfare Auditor to join our team and ensure compliance with welfare standards across large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the oil and gas sector. This role is critical in safeguarding workforce well-being and maintaining adherence to international and client-specific welfare requirements.

Your Role

As Welfare Auditor , you will:

• Conduct regular audits of worker welfare facilities and practices on EPC project sites and camps.
• Ensure compliance with international labor standards, local regulations, and client welfare guidelines.
• Conduct verification of worker engagement and grievance systems
• Collaborate with workforce welfare coordinators, camp bosses human resources, HSE and facility management to address audit findings.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Collaborate with project management and HSE teams to implement welfare improvements.
• Monitor accommodation, catering, medical facilities, and recreational provisions for workforce welfare.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in welfare management systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in welfare auditing preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or related discipline
• Qualifications: Knowledge of UAE labour law, welfare standards, and client specifications (e.g., ADNOC, EGA, AD Ports. Strong auditing, reporting, and analytical skills. Experience supervising teams and managing large workforce populations. Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and international workforce welfare standards (IFC, ILO, etc.)
