Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to manage day-to-day financial operations for multi-outlet restaurants and hospitality businesses.

The role will handle payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, revenue audit, cost control support, VAT accounting, and monthly closing, working closely with management, operations, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare daily sales and revenue reconciliation from POS systems
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash-flow tracking
• Support inventory and cost control accounting
• Maintain general ledger and posting of journal entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure accurate and compliant VAT filing and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Assist with payroll verification
• Monitor expense control and variance analysis
• Ensure accounting compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting
• Strong knowledge of:
• POS revenue reconciliation
• Inventory & cost accounting
• UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
• UAE experience preferred

• Pre-opening restaurant or lounge projects
• Central kitchen or catering operations
• Steakhouse, sushi bar, lounge concepts
• Multi-brand F&B group exposure
