Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Billing Executive for our corporate Head office role at Abu Dhabi with a strong background in Accounts Receivable & to manage end-to-end billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Invoice Review & Verification: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms. Ensure invoices are supported with all required documentation.

2. Client Communication & Issue Resolution: Identify, escalate, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Represent the organization in client interactions (emails, calls, and meetings) related to billing matters. Address client concerns, provide clarifications, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

3. Reporting & Updates: Provide regular billing reports to the Commercial Head and Finance Manager. Keep Commercial and Accounts teams informed on billing status, progress, and issues. Track monthly charter hire invoices, ensure timely submission, and report status to the Finance department. Maintain transparency and visibility into billing performance.

4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Operations and other departments to collect necessary documentation for invoicing.

5. Billing Operations: Lead and guide a team of billing professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Perform invoicing activities, including submission on relevant client portals, during urgent situations or in the absence of billing assistants. Ensure continuity in billing processes with minimal delays.

Candidate Requirements

• Accounts / Finance educational background.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa will be preferred. Immediate availability is mandatory.
