About Oiltek Trading SP LLC

Oiltek Trading SP LLC is an Abu Dhabi–based oil & gas supply company specializing in valves, fittings, cables, engineered packages, and industrial equipment. We work closely with ADNOC and major EPC/EPCM contractors and represent multiple international manufacturers.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Accountant to manage daily accounting, banking, and project finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Operations

• Maintain full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Bank, Cash)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and closing
• Handle invoicing, supplier payments, and customer collections
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and balances
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Project, Trading & ICV Accounting

• Maintain order-wise and project-wise accounting
• Track purchase orders, sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing
• Match PO vs Invoice vs Delivery vs Payment
• Track project margins and costs
• Maintain records of shipping, customs, and logistics costs
• Maintain financial records required for ADNOC ICV certification
• Support preparation of ICV audit files, schedules, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with ICV auditors and management during ICV audits

Banking & Trade Finance

• Issuance, amendment, extension, and closure
• Assist in handling Letters of Credit (LC)
• Maintain BG & LC tracking register and expiry follow-up
• Coordinate with banks for routine matters

VAT, Compliance & Audit

• Handle UAE VAT filing and reconciliation
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation
• Ensure proper filing and record keeping for compliance

Management Reporting

• Prepare:
• Monthly MIS reports
• Receivables & payables aging
• Basic cash flow reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE (trading / oil & gas / industrial supply preferred)
• Experience in:
• Day-to-day accounting
• Bank guarantees & basic trade finance
• VAT in UAE
• Experience using accounting software (Tally, Odoo, etc.)
• Good Excel skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
