About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong knowledge of government portals, documentation, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all government transactions (MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID, Municipality, etc.)
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts
• Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities and documentation
• Communicate professionally with government departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Support HR and management with administrative tasks related to employee documentation

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government portals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
