Entry-Level Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Business Setup Services

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn PRO to join our operations team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated fresher to step into the role of a Public Relations Officer (PRO). If you have a foundational understanding of Dubai Mainland (DED) and Freezone company regulations, visa processing, and government compliance, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career.

You will work closely with our senior consultants and operations team, receiving hands-on training to navigate UAE government portals, manage document clearing, and facilitate smooth business setups for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Company Formation Support: Assist in preparing, typing, and submitting documentation for new business setups across Dubai Mainland (Department of Economy and Tourism) and various UAE Freezones (e.g., IFZA, Meydan, DMCC, JAFZA).
  • Visa Processing: Support the processing of investor, employment, and dependent visas. Assist with drafting and submitting applications through government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP).
  • Document Clearing & Attestation: Handle document attestations, legal translations, and notarization processes required for corporate structuring.
  • License Renewals & Amendments: Track expiry dates and assist the team in executing trade license renewals, Ejari registrations, and establishment card updates.
  • Government Liaison: Act as a representative to submit and collect essential documents from government departments, ministries, and Freezone authorities.
  • Medical & Emirates ID Processing: Guide clients through medical fitness tests, biometrics capturing, and the Emirates ID issuance process.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all client applications, visas, passports, and company licenses.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of administrative/PRO experience in the UAE.
  • Industry Knowledge: Must possess a basic, solid understanding of the differences between Dubai Mainland and Freezone business structures, trade licenses, and general UAE immigration/labor laws.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable using MS Office and quick to learn online government typing portals.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
  • Key Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a professional, problem-solving mindset.
