PRO & Admin Officer, Broadpeak UAE

BroadPeak is hiring a trusted, senior all-rounder to run our Dubai office and support our regional teams. You own UAE government relations end-to-end, manage banking and administrative documentation, provide direct support to the Founder & CEO, and coordinate with our offices in Pakistan, India, and China. This is a hands-on, high-trust role with real access and real ownership.

The Role

You own the day-to-day operation of the Dubai office and all UAE government relations for the entity. You manage the full employment-visa lifecycle, keep every license and statutory deadline current, handle banking and insurance documentation, support the Founder directly, and coordinate administrative and documentation needs across our regional offices in Pakistan, India, and China. You deal with government counterparties yourself, you keep clean records, and nothing lapses on your watch. Discretion and reliability are the job.

What You'll Own

• Government relations / PRO — the full employment-visa lifecycle (applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes), Emirates ID, medical fitness, and residency, across the Free Zone Authority, GDRFA, and ICP portals.


• Licensing and compliance — trade-license renewals, establishment card, WPS, and government approvals; the single point of contact with the relevant authorities.


• Banking and insurance — corporate account administration support and documentation.


• Office management — vendor coordination, facilities, records, and document management.


• Regional coordination — administrative and documentation support to our offices in Pakistan, India, and China, working across time zones.


• Executive support — direct PA support to the Founder & CEO.


• Records and deadlines — accurate, current records for visas, passports, licenses, and every statutory deadline.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a PRO / Government Relations officer in the UAE — including time at a large UAE company or group, and hands-on free-zone experience. (Non-negotiable.)


• Strong command of UAE labor and immigration processes and the government portals (Free Zone Authority, GDRFA, ICP; MOHRE / Tasheel where relevant).


• Fluent English (essential); Arabic a strong advantage.


• Comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and time zones.


• Bachelor's degree ; UAE driving license preferred.


• Highly organized, discreet, and confident managing government counterparties directly.

Compensation

Competitive, tax-free salary. Statutory entitlements are provided in line with UAE Labor Law, and the full package is finalized at the offer stage. This is a trusted role with direct access to the Founder; performance is recognized and rewarded as the office grows.

Location: On-site at our new Dubai, UAE office (opening August 2026), running the office day to day.
