PRO (Public Relations Officer) – Hospitality & Government Relations

Job Summary
Amber Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and hospitality industry compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling immigration, labor, licensing, municipality approvals, employee documentation, permit renewals, and coordination with government authorities. Candidates with hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Relations & PRO Duties
- Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related immigration matters.
- Handle labor permits and employment documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding approvals, registrations, and renewals.
- Monitor expiry dates of visas, Emirates IDs, labor permits, trade licenses, and establishment cards.
- Ensure timely renewal of all company licenses and permits.
Hospitality & Municipality Compliance
- Coordinate municipality approvals and inspections.
- Maintain records of food safety and hygiene certifications where applicable.
- Follow up on municipality requirements and compliance matters.
- Support licensing and permit applications for hospitality-related operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local authority requirements.
Employee Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee files and legal documentation.
- Coordinate medical fitness tests and employee onboarding requirements.
- Verify employee records and compliance documentation.
- Monitor legal compliance for workforce documentation.
Licensing & Permit Management
- Track and renew trade licenses, permits, certificates, and registrations.
- Coordinate approvals from relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all company licenses and government documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE PRO experience.
- Experience dealing with immigration, labor, municipality, and licensing authorities.
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or catering industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and document-management skills.
