MMH Security Services is a leading provider of professional security solutions across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, excellent administrative skills, and hands-on experience using government portals.

Key Responsibilities

This is a system-focused PRO position, primarily involving online government platforms rather than field work.
Manage and process transactions through UAE government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Ministry of Interior, and other relevant authorities.
Handle the complete employment visa process, work permits, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, residency renewals, cancellations, and security clearances.
Prepare, type, translate, and submit official government documents and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
Coordinate the renewal of company trade licenses, security licenses, establishment cards, and other regulatory permits.
Monitor application status, resolve portal rejections, and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
Support HR and management with documentation, compliance, and government-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in the security services sector.
Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, MOI, and other UAE government portals.
Excellent Arabic typing skills and proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Familiarity with labor laws, visa procedures, licensing, and corporate compliance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online government systems.
