Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government relations and administrative processes on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate must be a fluent Arabic speaker with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience dealing with UAE government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies. The PRO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and facilitating smooth processing of company and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government authorities, including:
- Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
- Immigration Departments
- Economic Departments
- Municipalities and other regulatory authorities
- Process and renew labor cards, employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and company registrations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Handle visa applications, cancellations, status changes, and renewals for employees and dependents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of government transactions and company documents.
- Monitor expiration dates of licenses, permits, visas, and other legal documents to ensure timely renewals.
- Represent the company at government offices and official meetings when required.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government representatives and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to management on regulatory updates and compliance matters.
- Prepare reports related to government relations activities and document status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer dealing with government authorities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online government portals.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
